Our appointment process - the answer is always yes, although one is not needed. Any time, any day is convenient for us.

Our prices - Our pricing will be strictly monitored to ensure we are in line with all other businesses including independent shops – such as Jiffy Lubes and what is generally considered “cheaper” places. We will provide you a chart every time we service your vehicle showing the price comparisons at local businesses around our area.

Our competition - we will honor any advertised price for any repair.

Our valet service program to your doorstep - We will come to your home or business to pick up/drop off your vehicle regardless of if it is an oil change or a major repair – why spend your busy day in a dealership?

Our communication - text, email, phone or even social media. Whatever works best for you. Our advisors are what are now referred to as “Service Spa Concierges,” between those and the “Dream Facilitators” we will make sure that you are in constant communication involved with what your vehicle needs currently and advise you what you may need in the future with a clear estimate of what your price is and what you are receiving as far as services.

Our loaner program - fleet of all 2009 or newer, nice vehicles. Most are loaded with the newest features LINCOLN has to offer. Feel free to pick out which one you would like to use. For small businesses we offer loaner trucks and vans so you keep working!

Our gas program - we will fill your vehicle on the way back from being serviced - saves you time and it is our pleasure!(fuel charges will not be marked up and will be added onto your total, receipt from the gas station will be provided) $1 surcharge.

Our dry cleaning program - we will happily pick up and drop off your dry cleaning (laundry charges will not be marked up and will be added to your total, receipt from the dry cleaner will be provided) $1 surcharge

Our limousine program - for those who travel, we will be happy to pick you up take you to the airport, service and clean your vehicle, and pick you up from the airport upon your return $5 surcharge

Our cleaning program - every vehicle every service your vehicle will be cleaned upon request.
